Why Montra Listings

A token's community lives on one chain. Reaching another takes more than a bridge.

  • One chain, one communityTokens and their communities each live on one chain, and people rarely move between chains. A token wants to be found everywhere.
  • A relaunch isn't your tokenLaunching again on a new chain loses your holders, your market cap and your history. It's a reskin, not your token.
  • A bridge brings a copy, not a marketBridging gives you an official copy but no market. A market needs tokens to sell (inventory), liquidity at the prices around it (depth) and a price kept close to home: if it drifts, traders buy cheap on one chain and sell dear on the other (arbitrage), at the market's expense. Done well, that's a professional's job.
  • On your ownA team going it alone is left with a Uniswap pool on its own: nobody finds it, it's thin, and its price drifts.

Montra Listings is the one-stop shop.

  • Distribution on ElysiumYour token in the Montra Listings category, found on Montra, with routing that brings traders to it.
  • A professionally managed marketThe market maker places the liquidity before trading opens and keeps the price in line with home. We work closely with Acheron Trading.
  • Bridging done properlyYour token arrives as its official, one-for-one version, over an existing bridge, with bridge partners. Montra checks the route and never builds the bridge itself.

You bring the inventory; we do the hard part, and you earn a share of the trading fee.

How a token lands

From its home chain, carried across by a bridge partner, onto Elysium. There Montra and the market maker build its market, and trading opens at its set time.

  1. Bridge: Your token crosses from its home chain, any chain, with a bridge partner, one for one.
  2. Seed: Montra and the market maker place liquidity, deepest at the price, before trading opens.
  3. Trade: Trading opens, and swaps move the price a little either way, in line with home.

Your token on its home chain

Where it and its community already are.

From any chain

Wherever your token lives, over a route Montra has checked.

Which bridge?

Several options, no guidance, and no expertise to judge them.

A bridge partner

One proper route, carrying it across one for one.

On Elysium, nothing to trade

You arrive, but there's no market for it.

A deep market

Montra and the market maker build it before trading opens: concentrated liquidity, deepest at the price.

A pool on its own

Thin liquidity, one pool lost among many, with no distribution and nothing that brings traders to it.

Is it the same token?

Yes. A token arriving from another chain isn't a relaunch: it's your token. It has its own address on Elysium, but each one on Elysium matches one taken out of circulation on the chain it left, and holders can bridge it back.

  • Lock and mint: the originals are locked on the chain it leaves, and the same amount is minted on Elysium.
  • Burn and mint: burned on one chain as the same amount is minted on the other, as a LayerZero OFT or a Wormhole NTT does.
  • Elysium's door today is its own official bridge (its canonical bridge) from HyperEVM; more bridges are added as they come to Elysium.
  • A token already on Elysium isn't bridged at all.

Who it's for

Arriving from another chain

A project with a token elsewhere that wants Elysium's users: listed as its official representation on Elysium.

Already on Elysium

A project whose token already lives on Elysium and wants a professionally made market for it.

Both are listed the same way, under one label: Montra Listings.

What you bring

  • Your token on ElysiumAs its official representation: today through HyperEVM and Elysium's canonical bridge, and through issuers' own bridges as they come to Elysium. Montra never builds the bridge.
  • InventoryThe tokens your market is made with, for the market maker under your agreement.
  • A deal with Acheron TradingYour market-making agreement with a professional market maker we work closely with. We can introduce you.
  • Your acceptanceYour project accepts the listing itself, after Montra approves it. That creates your market, closed.

What traders can count on

  • Montra

Can't mint, has no owner, its liquidity locked from block one.

  • Montra Partner

May differ by design, every difference fixed at launch, readable on chain and reviewed by Montra.

  • Montra Listings

Its supply is its issuer's, and its liquidity the market maker's or the project's.

  • Every listed market is approved by Montra and accepted by the project itself, and it opens at its set time, not before.
  • Montra never holds the liquidity: it belongs to the market maker or the project. Nobody, Montra included, can block a deposit or a withdrawal of it, and depth is never guaranteed.
  • Fees are charged in the quote asset, each way. They never rise; the project can only lower them.
  • Every trade fills in full or not at all.
  • Montra didn't mint a listed token: its supply lives on its home chain, and its price follows its home market.
  • A listing whose token stops being what was listed, if a bridge fails say, can be retired: trading stops for good, and liquidity and earned fees still come out.
