Hyperion (Ynepiwv) is both an ancient Greek Titan associated with heavenly light and the namesake of one of Saturn's most unusual moons. The astronomical Hyperion is appropriately otherworldly: an irregular, porous satellite with a sponge-like surface and a famously chaotic rotation.
