Anyone can launch a token under any name. This one uses the MONTRA name, but it is not Montra's own token, and buying it does not buy MONTRA. Montra's own token carries the Official mark.
Plain ERC-20: no owner, no mint, no pause, no transfer fee. The launch liquidity is locked for good. The wallet it pays can lower the fee to 1.3% and hand its fees on; nobody can raise the fee.
